Member Relations Committee

The Member Relations committee is responsible for maintaining regular contact with all members, informing them of upcoming NMA events, and selling them on the value of membership in the chapter and the NMA.  In addition they need to be aware of member attitudes, and inform chapter leaders of factors leading to member satisfaction and dissatisfaction.  The committee is required to keep an up to date list of the membership as well as any prospective new members.  Recruiting new members will be accomplished through membership drives as well as contacting new employees and introducing them to the chapter and NMA.
