Community Service Committee

The Community Services Committee has the responsibility of planning, coordinating, sponsoring, and maintaining activities that help members develop leadership skills by being involved with activities in the community.  Annual events to get involved in are: blood drives, bingo night with the Vets Home, sponsorship of area youth in leadership programs, Bikepath clean-up, Art-on-Loan program with Miller Middle School, various holiday related activities, and selection of a business of the year.  Each committee member brings new ideas to the table every year and through these ideas we have generated projects.  Recent projects are the Guthrie Memorial Bridge, Centennial Park Retaining Wall Mural, and the Flowerbed at Riverside Park.
